As a Software Engineer, you are able to take defined designs and turn them into secure, stable, testable, maintainable code with minimal defects. Software Engineers tend to work with less autonomy, instead, they receive greater support from more seasoned engineers throughout their work but will on occasion take ownership for small to medium-sized components or features.
Developing the backend services that power FanDuel’s products, you’ll work in a small cross-functional team that owns its own software, projects and outcomes. This allows you to stay dynamic, move quickly and maintain your own quality. Our tech stack includes Java, Python, Docker, K8s and AWS, amongst others and the scale and complexity of our engineering environments provide interesting problems to solve at every turn.
