Job Title: ICS Representative
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Industrial Control System Certification.
· IAT Level I or II certification as defined in DoD 8570.01-M Table AP3.T1 and T2.
· Familiarity with ETL 11-01 DoD guidelines and requirements.
· Proven experience in managing and securing industrial control systems.
· Strong knowledge of industrial control system technologies, protocols, and standards.
· Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
· Understanding of network architecture and system integration within industrial control systems.
· Experience with incident response, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
· Knowledge of applicable regulations, such as NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, or other industry-specific standards.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Industrial Control System Management:
Manage and oversee the operation, maintenance, and security of industrial control systems.
Monitor and maintain the availability, reliability, and integrity of control systems.
Implement security measures to protect industrial control systems from unauthorized access or malicious activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of industrial control systems.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
· Security Compliance:
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and policies related to industrial control systems.
Implement and enforce security controls, including access controls, authentication, and encryption.
Develop and maintain security plans, policies, and procedures for industrial control systems.
Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Stay updated with emerging threats and technologies in the field of industrial control systems security.
· Incident Response and Troubleshooting:
Respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities related to industrial control systems.
Investigate and analyze security breaches or anomalies in industrial control systems.
Implement remediation measures to resolve security incidents and prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure a coordinated response to incidents.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or malfunctions in industrial control systems.
· Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records and documentation of industrial control system configurations, changes, and incidents.
Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of industrial control systems, security incidents, and compliance.
Document procedures, guidelines, and best practices for the operation and maintenance of industrial control systems.
Provide technical documentation and training materials to educate users and stakeholders.
