Day in the life of an IT Manager:
- Coaching team on priorities and vision of the customer.
- Balancing project and operational work.
- Leading stand ups, planning, refinement, and retrospective team meetings.
- Facilitating project status updates with leadership.
- Working directly with the customer providing updates and obtaining process improvement feedback.
What Experience can you Bring?
- Bachelor’s degree is required, Computer Science or related majors preferred.
- 5 years of Information Services experience in multiple areas is required, supervisory experience is preferred.
- 2 years of Salesforce knowledge is preferred.
- Azure DevOps experience is preferred.
- Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems experience is preferred.
