Salary Range: $35000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting, a proven track record of successful placements and excellent communication skills. A strong knowledge of the current job market, labor laws and employment trends is preferable. Additionally, the recruiter should have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have effective time management skills. They should also have a strong understanding of the interviewing process, as well as excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. The recruiter should also be able to build relationships with the agents within our district to create a successful partnership. Lastly, they must have the ability to evaluate and analyze recruitment strategies, as well as maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive personnel information.
Requirements

Being able to handle the technology utilized for recruiting and performance tracking.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Must be highly self-motivated.

Property & Casualty insurance license is required but willing to assist to obtain.

Life & Health Insurance license required but willing to assist to obtain.
