Job Description
Farmers Insurance Silicon Valley District Office is looking for a Life Specialist to join our team.
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, salesperson with a strong desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As our District Life Specialist, you will take the lead in partnering with our 45 local Agents to support their efforts to create comprehensive life insurance and financial programs for their clients.
Compensation will be a Base Salary plus Commission on all sales generated from your partnership with our Team.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy for “partnership selling†with our 45 Agents.
- Build strategy to drive sales to our existing 50,000 property and casualty policy holders.
- Teach Agents how to develop their own long-term strategies to drive revenue through life insurance and financial services.
- Coordinate with all our Agents to ensure that policies are both underwritten properly and issued in a timely manner.
- Identify and target areas of focus where Agents can improve their sales and marketing skills.
- Forge a thorough understanding of Farmers products and services
- Create an effective training program that will bring out the best in our Agents.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong Life Insurance Sales Experience
- Highly Motivated and Goal-Oriented
- Life & Health Licensed
- Strong Leadership Qualities
- Excellent Interpersonal and Team Building Skills
