Responsibilities


  • Process customer policy change request.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.



Requirements


  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • A property and Casualty license is preferred but not required but will train a good individual.
