The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to all clients. They will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and providing product information. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions and transactions.

There is a lot to learn the first 60 days including securing of your licenses. If you're good natured, service minded and willing to put the work in you'll be rewarded with an exciting career and a 90 day performance bonus.

Looking for full time employees but also willing to consider those who can work consistently from 12-5:30PM.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
