What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Leader position at Farmers Insurance Group?
We are seeking an Entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our growing team! This role will allow you to learn the Insurance Industry under the guidance and support of an existing successful Agency, while being trained and prepped with a clear roadmap to becoming an Agency Owner.
The Protégé Program is designed to provide individuals an opportunity to step into the Insurance Industry and grow their skills and business knowledge to become a Farmers Agency Owner while being mentored by one of our top Agents.
The Protégé will have access to the award-winning University of Farmers program as well as unlimited local support from the District Office.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to obtain Insurance License
- Handle customer inquiries
- Sell and Solicit / Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
