Responsibilities:
All team members in our organization have a duty to better themselves and those around them.
We are constantly seeking leaders to join our district as agents who are responsible for communicating with their customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring that all our prospects have a smooth sales process.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Communicating with hot leads
- Maintain knowledge of new products
- Coach, train, and develop an internal team who will contribute to the overall success of your agency
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Understanding prospect's needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Ability to achieve high sales targets
- Having a TON of fun while being part of a competitive team
Requirements:
- Sales experience or customer-facing background is a plus
- History of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Coachable
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable
- Motivation and Drive are a must!
- Insurance experience is preferred, but not a requirement
- Obtain your Illinois Insurance Producer License

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Signing bonus
COVID-19 considerations:
Initial screenings are conducted either virtually or in person based on the candidates preference and location. If a candidate is not feeling well or has recently been exposed we ask that a virtual meeting being utilized.
License/Certification:
- Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
- Life Insurance License (Preferred)
