Our Call Center Representatives serve on the front-lines of our firm, and present as the first impression of JSF for clients and other callers alike. They are continuously answering a high volume of calls while focusing on providing the best customer service to all. Additionally, this role will have the added responsibility to be client facing and serve as a back up to the front office coordinator in Wilmington. If you enjoy a fast paced environment with the majority of the workday spent on the phone, we’d like to hear from you! Currently, we have a need for a strong candidate with bilingual (English/Spanish) ability.
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Easily builds rapport with each caller
- Strong computer/typing skills, data entry experience
- Attention to detail
- Great time management skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- At least 1-3 years of previous customer service, sales, or call center experience required
We are recruiting for a candidate that has a flexible schedule - available during the week (M-F) with typical weekday hours being 9AM - 6PM. There may be an occasional Saturday or holiday shift, but these are infrequent as they are shared among the team. A standard week is 40 hours, but we expect overtime on occasion.
