Role Overview 

Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Operations, you as the Senior Strategy Analyst will be part of our growing Strategy team. You will work cross-functionally and interface directly with senior stakeholders across departments to address key issues including pricing, growth, supply chain optimization, merchandising strategy, and a variety of other areas. You will leverage your analytical skill set to help Fashion Nova make critical business decisions and execute strategic initiatives on behalf of our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Use data and analytics to answer key strategic questions across Fashion Nova and inform cross-functional company strategy
• Conduct and lead internal research efforts to understand various cross-functional trends and growth opportunities (e.g., E-Commerce Operations, Distribution, Finance, Marketing); synthesize findings and succinctly communicate key insights to senior stakeholders
• Define KPIs and create/maintain weekly and monthly dashboards
• Identify patterns that lead to greater business insight, enhanced product/customer/operational analytics, increased revenue, and/or greater efficiencies
• Translate large, complex datasets and metrics into digestible, actionable recommendations

Your Experience

• 2 years experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or in a Strategy/Operations role at an E-Commerce company
• Experience with e-commerce clients and/or in a similar function within a fast-paced, high-growth company is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities and derive actionable insights
• Bias for action - strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from ideation to execution
• Expertise using Excel and PowerPoint to collect/analyze complex datasets and communicate insights; experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• English, additional language(s) an advantage
• This role is in-person 5 days a week (M-F) at our Vernon, CA HQ.
