We are seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Only apply if you have 1 plus years experience. We are looking for strong customer service, strong data entry with high key strokes (numeric and alpha) and the ability to multi task.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Tracking deliveries INBOUND AND OUTBOUND
- Scheduling Delivers
- Collection of Invoices from Drivers
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications: Highlighted are the key to this hire! Interview immediately
- Previous experience in customer service, Shipping Inventory outbound and inbound or other related fields
- Strong Data Entry is a MUST (Numeric and Alpha)
- Ability to build rapport with clients, inhouse staff and drivers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with detail and follow-up skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift 60 Lbs
- Must be able to work in a cold environment
