Fast Tracks Canine Activity Front Desk Staff
Reports to Owner and General Manager
Position includes some holiday hours and some weekends. Hours will range from 30-40 hours a week, mainly between the hours of 12pm and 8pm on weekdays, and varied hours on weekends. You may be asked to work additional hours during peak seasons such as Holidays and Spring Break. Overtime will be applied to any employee working over 40 hours in a week.

Customer service is a top priority, and we want to ensure all guests receive a warm welcome as they arrive and a friendly goodbye when they depart. Key responsibilities include checking pets in and out, scheduling services (daycare, boarding, training, grooming), answering phone calls, responding to online messages (social media and email), and answering any questions guests may have.
Front Desk Staff work directly with the General Manager to provide clear and meaningful information, excellent customer service, and amazing guest experiences by:
Understanding basic dog body language
Maintaining a positive, friendly attitude at all times, especially during conflict
Utilizing computer programs such as Office, Email, and other software
Keeping the Front Desk area organized and clean

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
