Job Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for maintaining the financial records of the company by accurately recording the day to day financial transactions, and provide clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of financial accounts.
We are searching for a Numbers Ninja to manage AR, AP and general office administration.

Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, focused, and motivated individual who can deliver an accurate daily upkeep of our accounting needs.. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed, possibly one who loves puzzles or challengers, and the skill to interpret financial reports. We need you to be organized - we need "that" person who loves numbers.
Past experience in the sign making field is not required, however, experience working in an office environment using G-Suite, email, excel, database management software and being computer savvy is strongly preferred. Experience in an accounting/bookkeeping environment is however required.
