Starting Pay Range: $20-$23/Hr

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for managing the daily kitchen operations and delivering an excellent guest experience. The Kitchen Manager will assist with F&B orders, schedule and train team members, and carry out management responsibilities in accordance with FatCats policies, objectives and applicable government laws and regulations. The Daily Job
- Nurture positive working relationships with team members
- Weekly meeting with Food & Beverage Manager
- Execute 5-minute daily shift meeting with team members
- Participates in F&B Manager training and works towards ability to assume F&B Manager role when not present
- Trains Shift Leads to assume Kitchen Manager role when not present
- Trains team members on preparation methods, portioning & presentation
- Assists F&B manager with team member compliance of policies & procedures
- Assist in food production according to par levels
- Assists F&B Manager in execution & speed of service
- Assist in inventory counts & ordering according to par levels
- Assists F&B in training/compliance of cleaning & sanitation
- Comply with operations execution software
- Comply with safety regulations & alcohol-related laws
- Tips, Food Handler Card, ServSafe certified
- Reports to the F&B Manager and has weekly one-on-ones to discuss sales, budgets, operations, and Team Member performance/growth plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 Year of Manager experience
- 5 years related BOH experience
- Knowledge of food health and safety regulations and liquor laws
- Knowledge and experience with table service, cocktail making, domestic-craft beer and wine generals.
- Maintain Food Handlers permit and Alcohol TIPs certification
