Responsibilities
Develop and implement benefit programs, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with insurance brokers and providers to manage benefit plan design and administration
Analyze and evaluate benefit programs to ensure they are cost-effective and meet the needs of employees
Administer employee retirement plans including 401(k) and pension plans
Conduct new employee orientations, explaining benefit programs and enrollment processes
Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees regarding their benefit options and questions
Keep abreast of changes to healthcare and retirement regulations that impact company benefit programs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in benefits administration
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing benefits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems
