Registered Nurse, Home Health Nurse

Home Health RN Hours are 8am-4pm Monday through Friday

Home Health experience is required

5-6 visits per day minimum

No on call, No weekends

Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York

Valid New York State drivers license.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

• Computer literacy, including but not limited to data entry, retrieval, and report generation.
• Ability to work with patients-families of all ages and in a variety of settings, including inpatient facility and patients homes presenting diverse physical conditions and social-cultural environments.
• Ability to drive to and from a variety of settings in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform physical tasks which include sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, bending, and may include lifting a minimum of 40 pounds
