Youth Competitive Head Coach

  • Head Coach of FC Carolinas' Youth team
  • USL, NCYSA & SCYSA Teams
  • Implement FC Carolinas age specific Training Program
  • Organize and run 2-4 practices / week
  • Attend monthly coaches Zoom meetings
  • Regular communication with parents
  • Compensation is per team (up to 2 teams) and based on qualifications

Must pass background check

US Soccer D License, or current pathway, required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Tuition reimbursement

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Waxhaw, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
