We are currently seeking a collaborative team member to join our team as a HVAC Facilities Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the HVAC systems, as well as related automated climate control, mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment at our 260,000 square foot Sarasota home office campus.
Responsibilities include:
- Mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation, and alteration of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and related equipment and system controls at the home office. Maintaining daily operation of climate controls and time schedules controlled by the building automation system. Perform an IAQ evaluation as required.
- Inspect and evaluate equipment/facilities for compliance with established safety and regulatory standards and identify and address problems on a proactive basis.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve a broad range of facilities problems. Assist with completion of service desk requests in support of general facilities responsibilities at the home office and other office locations.
- Mentor and serve as a technical resource to team members.
- Maintain accurate and complete records for the home office building’s main mechanical systems.
