EXAMPLE OF TASKS:
· Answer inbound calls regarding mortgage loans.
·Accurately document information into company software.
· Assist borrowers with Check-by-Phone Payments
· Review pay histories.
· Explain escrow disclosure statements.
· Perform office duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Interact with callers showing sensitivity, tact and professionalism.
· Communicate clearly, listen concisely and effectively.
· Read, interpret, and apply federal, state and local collection laws, rules, regulations and company policies and procedures (FDCPA & CFPB).
· Use basic math to solve problems.
· Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must reside in or around the Irving Texas area as a 90-day in office training is required.
· Three years’ experience in loan servicing industry.
· Proper phone etiquette.
· One year Customer Service experience.
· **Bank experience a plus. **
· **Mortgage experience a plus. **
· **Bilingual a plus**
· Ability to pass a background check.
· Reliable transportation.
· Call Center experience preferred.
· Ability to analyze/resolve problems and adapt to change.
· Solid vocabulary, math, and multi-tasking skills.
· Fluency in English, including business level verbal and written communication skills.
· Basic computer skills with a minimum keyboarding of 40 wpm.
