Janitorial Operation Manager (Airport)

Qualifications:
- Evaluate personnel performance
- Extensive knowledge of operations management
- Proficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a National background check and a drug test
Key Responsibilities:
- Hires and trains new employees
- Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
- Maintain professional relationship with clients
- Supervise and direct all personnel with courtesy in a professional manner
- Must be able to operate company vehicle safely
- Perform routine site inspections
- Maintain record of supplies and equipment
- At times, provide hands-on support; include but not limited to: dust mopping, sweeping, stripping/refinishing, carpet scrubbing, servicing restrooms, window washing, etc.
- Service focused with a sense of urgency to both internal and external customers
