Summary
The position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Food and Drug Administration, Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA), Office of Criminal Investigations (OCI), Headquarters. As FDA's criminal law enforcement and intelligence arm, OCI is responsible for protecting public health and furthering the FDA mission by investigating suspected criminal violations of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) and other related laws. Duties
- Coordinates all phases of the OCI budget development, monitors budget expenditures, and reports to OCI Headquarters management regularly on the state of budget expenditures.
- Serves as the OCI expert on budgetary and financial management issues and activities.
- Plans, establishes, and directs programs implementing administrative control systems relating to the budget program for OCI.
- Provides required briefing reports according to a pre-established schedule for ORA and OCI program management officials.
