Job Description Summary: Faegre Drinker has an opportunity for a Tax Analyst to work with our Finance team in our Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Chicago, or downtown Indianapolis office. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing analytical support to tax and international accounting projects, tax compliance and reporting requirements. This position will work with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing great work in the best interest of our clients. Job Description: What you would do: Assist with the preparation of various direct and indirect tax returns (Federal and State income, Foundation 990, PAC 990, property, unclaimed property and misc. other tax filings) Conduct tax research Assist with the distribution of the firm’s annual Schedule K-1s to partners Monthly preparation of international financials Monthly and quarterly intercompany review and allocations Monthly assistance with partner withholding reconciliations. Maintain state sales & use tax matrix. Prepare and file applicable state and local Power of Attorney’s as needed.
