Job Description Summary
Judicial clerks bring invaluable experience and perspective to our litigation practice group. We support you in your endeavors and provide customized training, mentoring and professional development throughout your career. DLA Piper is seeking attorneys with recent federal judicial clerkship experience to join our litigation department in any of our U.S. DLA Piper offices. Qualified applicants must be completing their current clerkship and available to start in the Fall of 2024.

Requirements:
- Attorneys in a current federal judicial clerkship and available to start in the Fall 2024 following the end of their clerkship are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, in the state in which they are applying.
- All candidates must provide a cover letter (stating their office of interest), resume, transcript and writing sample.
Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Hybrid with some in-office expectations or remote
Some travel required.
Pay Transparency
In accordance with California, New York, Washington's Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in California, New York or Washington, is $215,000 – $295,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
