What Will You Do?
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer\Administrator to join our highly-collaborative platform team. This role involves establishing, maintaining, and extending ServiceNow as a strategic platform within Federated. We are seeking creative, team-oriented individuals who are committed to continuous learning and leveraging technology to promote automation and efficiency through the ServiceNow Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain our ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs configuration, including user management, access control, form design, workflow automation, scripting, business rules, UI policies, third-party software integrations, and reporting.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, system admins, business users and IT teams to gather requirements, understand process workflows, and translate them into efficient and scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate, mentor, and guide best practices for the ServiceNow Flow Creators to maintain a healthy platform.
- Minimum of 2-year ServiceNow development and support experience.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI policies, business rules, workflows, and integrations.
- ServiceNow Certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more ServiceNow modules are preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Highly collaborative and communicative.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment of high transparency and accountability.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and establish productive working relationships with individuals.
- An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personnel information.
