JOB TITLE: REHABILITATIVE ASSOCIATE Residential Transitional Services Team
REPORTS TO: Program Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Community Housing Support Teams
CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt
HOURS: 35 Hours per week Schedule is Sunday-Thursday (Sunday Flex, Monday 1pm-9pm, Tuesday 1pm-9pm, Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 9am-5pm)
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA in Human Services OR High School Diploma/GED with two years’ experience working with persons with psychiatric disabilities. Clean valid NY State Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
JOB FUNCTION:
Provide supportive counseling, restorative services, and crisis intervention to people with psychiatric disabilities in supportive scattered site residential programs or those in preparation for more independent housing.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 per year
