The National Sales Manager is responsible for achieving growth by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its’ strong presence in the utility locating market.
- Aggressive hunter sales including independently prospecting, obtaining and developing new business leads.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and providing solutions based presentation options.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitive status.
- Forge strong internal relationships with other stakeholders.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Experience.
- 5 years’ experience in the utility industry and sales.
