What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mgr Quality & Process Improvement position at FedEx?
Job Duties Sets strategies which lead to the transformation of business processes and operational tools to enable global excellence. Plans, organize, direct, and control the performance of worldwide strategic business projects for senior and executive management.
Minimum Education
Bachelors degree/equivalent. Business, engineering, computer science or other quantitative discipline preferred.
Minimum Education
Five (5) years related experience, preferably in management consulting, internal audit, finance, public accounting, engineering, or information systems analysis/planning plus two (2) years of management experience in the last five (5) years OR completion of AiM (internal development program).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in various computer applications required. Strong basic management, human relations, project management, analytical and communication skills required.
Preferred skills:
ISO 9001/13485 experience
QDM/Lean Six Sigma experience
