The Recoup/Damage teammate is responsible for accurately recouping product to minimize loss and meet internal and external company standards of quality, safety, accuracy, security and productivity.
This position will be responsible for…..
- Responsible for the verifying, sorting, and auditing of damaged product found at all the established warehouse damage locations in preparation for moving that product to the recoup area.
- May be responsible for the safe and accurate unloading, sorting, and receiving of all product returns.
- Help maintain inventory and assist in the ordering of all KDF’s and components in a timely manner as to avoid any lost productive time.
- May be required to operate various pieces of material handling and radio frequency equipment to successfully complete their job functions.
- Communicate with the Supervisors and Operations Manager all necessary information concerning issues and discrepancies with quality, inventory, and shipment.
- Clean up and report spills to the Supervisor or Operations Manager immediately.
- Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing and repacking as needed.
- Participate in physical inventories as needed.
- Conduct operations in a manner which promotes ongoing compliance with all safety, productivity, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a safe working environment. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the building and conduct all activities in a manner that promotes a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
