What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Assurance Agent position at Fedex?
Focuses on root cause analysis to improve service, provide feedback Management, offer solutions and actions to solve operational problems. Promotes and supports the service assurance network and quality improvement process in all facets of the operations. Provides inventory tracking, deployment, maintenance support for devices, equipment and software. Performs other duties as assigned.
High school diploma/GED Eighteen (18) months FedEx experience. Ability to complete all basic and re currency training. Knowledge of FedEx operations features of service. Knowledge of mainframe and web-based applications, i.e. Cosmos, GNSL, FAMIS, IMS, TSO, CMS, etc. Must be proficient with PC applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and graphics.
