Compensation: Monthly Salary $9697.54 - $11408.87

Job Summary: Under limited guidance, works at the business unit level developing the end-to-end solution architecture for significant initiatives in partnership with key business and IT stakeholders. Expose current state architecture and identify options for future state architecture. Works closely with business and IT stakeholders creating solutions that balance competing interests and concerns. Develop plans for and facilitate the migration from current to selected future state by providing technical leadership to multiple initiatives. Mentor those in less senior positions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Leads the Solutions Architecture for Enterprise Platform, following software engineering principals.
• Architect the solutions in coordination with multiple ARTs and data producers
• Leads in technology evaluation, technology debt management, performance improvement and engineering standards implementation.
• Identifies and validates system impacts for strategic objectives.
• Ensures the strategic and tactical alignment of solutions with the development teams.
• Works with Enterprise/Domain/Application architects on architectural design and documentation.
• Shapes epic definition and solution decomposition at the SAFe portfolio-level.
• Ensures software engineering and architecture standards are being followed for solutions.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to team members.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to less-senior team members
• Collaborates in the creation of architecture artifacts.
Abilities/Knowledge/Skills Considered a Plus:
• Excellent communications skills, both written and oral. Poise in presenting to all levels of management
• Ability to make progress in ambiguous situations with minimal supervision
• Ability to demonstrate negotiation skills/techniques, provide thought leadership
• Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of the business and ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood business and technical terms
• Experience in leveraging Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE)
• Experience with Business Architecture concepts
• API management
• Cloud principles
• Messaging
• Security models and tooling
• Microsoft Azure data analytics platforms experience
• Decision/Data Science and Machine Learning Experience
Domicile: This position will be domiciled in Collierville, Tennessee (suburb of Memphis, Tennessee), Colorado Springs, Colorado, Plano (Dallas), Texas or Moon Township, Pennsylvania.
Remote Work: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information Systems, business and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirement. Ability to lead, working collaboratively and creatively with business and IT stakeholders. Strong human relation and communication skills.
