Overview of position:

FEDITC is seeking a Data Analyst ll to work out of Joint Base Andrews, AFB. A Top-Secret clearance and be a US citizen to be considered for the position.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret data into information, information into insight and insight into effective and practical IT resolution decisions. This support shall include conducting full lifecycle analysis of IT trends based from a variety of network databases.
• Develop analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Monitor performance to identify capability improvements.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collections systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Monitor, analyze, detect, and respond to incidents and activities identified by the GNOC.
• Collect information and data to identify, analyze, and report events and incidents to the GNOC that may impact the SLC3S-A systems.
• Respond within 15 minutes of any crises and urgent situations that occur during contractors duty hours and support the mitigation of immediate and potential threats. This support includes data collection and cyber analysis to execute and wide variety of tasks supporting response, mitigation, and after-action reporting to senior leaders.
• Provide analytical support as needed for projects and systems to ensure effective operations of cyber capabilities

Qualifications

Education:

• BS/MS 3 years of experience 

Certifications:

• IAT II certification required
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification

Clearance:

• A Top-Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship are required to be considered for the position.
