Automated Testing Lead

Principal Responsibilities

We are looking for a thought leader that has experience in automated testing in AWS and in an Agile environment. Candidate will participate in migration of test team from manual testing to test automation, the evaluation and selection of an automated testing tool, and must have the leadership skills to evangelize the use and adoption of the tool across the SCRUM team(s).

Required Skills/Experience

• Experience in automated testing and migration of testers from manual to automated testing.
• Ability to provide leadership in tool selection and implementation, setting best practices and mentoring junior staff and other team members.
• Experience in writing effective test plans and test cases.
• Experience as a quality assurance lead for data integration projects. Candidate will be working on development projects to replacing existing systems. Must have skills in how to test and verify solutions transforming data from old format to new format and validating that data was migrated successfully.
• Experience in Cloud environments is required. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge in AWS environments and associated tooling.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using SQL and data comparison tools
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience working with AWS native tooling and services
• Experience with various file formats is a plus (XML, JSON, XML, flat files, etc.)
