As delegated by the Creative Marketing Manager, the Videographer/Editor will work closely with the creative team to execute successful advertising efforts across a multitude of platforms. This individual be responsible for the creation of an array of video and photo content for both internal and external purposes. This person will work closely with other departments within Feldco to facilitate all promotions/projects. We are looking for bright, driven leaders to contribute to our growing company.

Responsibilities:
The Marketing Videographer/Editor will report to the Creative Marketing Manager and support the planning & execution of Feldco’s creative efforts.
Candidates must have enthusiasm for storytelling and dedication to their craft. They must be self-motivated, hardworking, and willing to tackle all tasks presented. Candidates must be familiar with a fast-paced, deadline driven, creative environment. They will be responsible for the production, editorial and finishing of high-quality commercial/digital video content. Candidates must have experience with all aspects of production, motion graphics and editing. They must be able to collaborate and work well with others, as well as work independently. Candidates should be highly proficient in editorial and production workflow for broadcast and web delivery.
- Video Production/Post Production – Light, shoot, and edit a myriad of video content for both internal and external channels. The videographer/editor is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video and audio content. The ideal candidate is passionate about creative visual storytelling, and applies their skills in both longform content as well as short form media.
- Photography – Light and shoot photography for both internal and external channels.
- Media Production Planning – Assist with the planning, scheduling and logistics of media production and post production efforts, including video, photo and print.
- Commercial Production - Assist on video/photo shoots as needed.
- As other department workload warrants, may have to assist with their daily responsibilities.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge/experience with video and photo production, including:
- Planning, scheduling, and coordination of video and photo shoots;
- preparing schedules, shot lists and storyboards;
- developing scripts;
- shooting video and photos (Primarily with DSLR);
- capturing audio with mic/sound equipment;
- designing lighting; scouting locations; editing; compressing and preparing assets for various usage (i.e. Broadcast, Facebook, Instagram, etc.);
- uploading assets to be used online; and managing and archiving asset projects.
- Thorough knowledge/experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, etc.).
- Thorough knowledge/experience with DSLR cameras and post production workflows.
- Thorough knowledge/experience with RED, Arri Alexa, and Sony cameras post workflows.
- Thorough knowledge/experience with video/photography lighting.
- Strong digital asset management and organization.
- Passion for working with others.
- Passion for creativity, and the ability to be a storyteller.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.
- Highest standards of ethics & handling matters of a confidential nature.
- Bachelor’s Degree in film, video, and/or television production.
Preferred Requirements:
- Drone operation experience. FAA Part 107 Certification a plus.
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience in graphic design utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in photo editing utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite
Position Hours:
- Full time - 40 hours a week
- Participation in marketing events is expected, these events may occur outside of normal business hours
Education and Formal Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in film, video, and/or television production.
- 1-2 years of professional experience.
