Position Hours:

Monday Through Friday; 8am to 5pm with one hour Lunch

Position Overview:

The Recruiting Coordinator will support leadership of the Human Resources Department functions at Feldco. This role will combine a series of routine weekly & monthly tasks, special projects, and project management activities. As such, job responsibilities and hours may occasionally be altered to help others complete their duties.

· The Recruiting Coordinator will operate under the direction of the HR Director & Recruiting Supervisor.

· The Recruiting Coordinator, like all Feldco employees is accountable to the customer and making the customer delighted as well as to the metrics that measure his/her department. The Recruiting Coordinator should always make the best decision for the customer, company, employee and department.

· The Recruiting Coordinator’s role at Feldco is a hands-on role that may require direct customer and phone work as well as clerical & administrative work.

· The Recruiting Coordinator shall participate in weekly and daily meetings as appropriate.

· This role is subject to satisfactory background checks and drug testing as well as compliance with all Feldco policies.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:

· Source candidates through a variety of avenues including, but not limited to: job boards, social media, networking and job fairs.

· Engage and drive efforts to utilize social media as a more effective recruiting source (twitter, Facebook, etc.)

· Respond to applicants via email when necessary to route them through our applicant tracking system

· Accurately manage and maintain openings and candidate flow for assigned positions in our applicant tracking system (Newton ATS).

· Post job descriptions to the internet via the platforms we use (Craigslist, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc) we use to keep them up to date in order to attract top talent

· Review applicant resumes and evaluate candidates through phone screen for assigned openings & departments

· Schedule and conduct interviews, provide informed recommendations based on result of interviews and other criteria

· Coordinate screening process (background checks/drug screens/reference checks/new hire orientation, etc) for candidates.

· Prepare new hire paperwork and conduct employee orientation during their first day of employment.

· Assist in enforcement, development and implementation of recruiting, hiring & on boarding policies and procedures.

· Conducting analysis to see which recruiting sources are most efficient in terms of length of employment, performance, cost efficiency, applicants to hire, etc.

· Review current recruiting, hiring & on boarding policies & procedures and recommend process improvements based on hiring metrics collected

· Providing weekly, quarterly and yearly hiring analytics reports in order to identify where we can improve our overall recruiting strategies

· Other special projects as assigned by the HR Director & Recruiting Supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
