As a legal intake specialist, you would receive and qualify new and prospective clients for the firm primarily over the phone. You would be responsible for managing the process of onboarding new clients and evaluating incoming streams of claims and potential clients. You must possess a strong affinity for customer service, and organizational and time-management skills. You also must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The process of converting contacts into clients is one of the most important processes in our firm.
