About the role:

F&F is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to set and execute an award-winning marketing strategy. We need your help to build our demand channels with captivating marketing programs that entice and nurture leads. You will drive adoption with customers, and be responsible for all outbound programming including: paid social, SEM, content, email, retargeting, as well as SEO and referral programs.

Some skills you will need include:
  • Cross-channel strategy: Know how to optimize multiple channels (including organic and paid social, SEO, PPC, blogs, email marketing, and more) in a coherent strategy to drive quality traffic to websites, landing pages, and critical pieces of content.
  • Data analytics and analysis: Know how to make sense of data to drive action. Describe what the data shows, think critically about it, and use it to take action.
  • Geo specific marketing campaigns: You are good at coming up with creative strategies for geo specific markets.
  • Website & customer journey know-how: Be an expert in the customer journey and identify specific hurdles. With this knowledge, test different tactics and optimize the funnel until it runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Customer segmentation: You are an expert at putting brand development and persona work into action with customer segmentation and testing across channels to personalize and optimize your customer experience for prospects based on behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data points. You may even use automation to set this up, measure results, and test along the way.
  • Scientific method: You develop a hypothesis, test it, discern findings, and determine the next steps. We are not just talking about A/B testing but taking it to a whole new level.
  • Growth mindset: You are curious, engaged, and always looking for the next best technology to collect more data, complete more tests, and ultimately improve the funnel even further.
  • Revenue responsibility & channel resource management: Ultimately, you are an expert at managing budgets across channels to hit lofty goals. You create spreadsheets and use analytics tools to track metrics, including time to close, ROAS, CAC, LTV, churn, and more.
  • You are a leader: You have a natural tendency to attract talent because of the way you work, the care in which you mentor and train your team, and the human nature in how you treat them.
