MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Our growing Marketing Team is looking for a dynamic, bright team player to launch outbound marketing initiatives for our rapidly growing tech company. You’ll work closely with our VP of Marketing to be the execution arm of the team, creating campaigns, developing content and tracking conversions through a variety of channels. This is an amazing opportunity for a new professional to bring existing knowledge and experience to the table while growing your skills under a seasoned veteran.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and managing email marketing initiatives (using our Marketing Automation Platform HubSpot)
- Developing key content pieces that can be used for top of the funnel lead generation,
SEO and social media
- Developing and managing day-to-day social media campaigns
- Managing local and online print vendors to coordinate materials and manage/monitor print inventory
- Monitoring and reporting on web traffic, email stats, social media stats, lead conversion and source analytics from multiple locations against KPIs
- Stay on top of competitor activity and industry trends
Must Have:
- Solid understanding of basic marketing principles and terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2-4 years experience as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Manager or related role
- Experience using Email WYSIWYG tools
- Experience using a CMS to update websites, build landing pages, etc
- Experience scheduling and posting to all types of social media platforms
- Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Solid understanding of Google Suite (Gmail, Docs etc)
Prefer to Have:
- Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Suite to create assets
- Experience using HubSpot or similar Marketing Automation Platform
- Experience with Wordpress
