Description

Fellowship House is a nonprofit substance use and co-occuring disorder treatment facility looking for an organized, flexible, self starting individual to contribute to the mission of the agency. The role of office assistant will be a part time role Monday-Friday 5 hour shifts (daytime). 

Requirements

Maintains Files and Record keeping

Provide Clerical and Administrative Support

Assists with onboarding of new employees

Coordinate interviews with potential candidates

Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates

Responsible for management of all electronic systems used at Fellowship House

Assist with data entry

Assist with EBT payment processing

Any duties that arise to assist in further organization and development of the human resource and financial department
