Fence Salesperson – Outside Estimator

Fast growing progressive fence company seeks energetic, self-motivated individual to join our sales team. We have developed a superior marketing process that generates high quality inbound leads.
Expect to make 15 to 18 appointments a week. Each call is 40-55 minutes where you will make measurements, render a quote on site, explore the customer dominant buying motive, gain their trust, and become an advocate for their buying process. We are a service first company and require people with exceptional attitude and ability to ask hard questions in order to complete the sale.
Top producers will complete 2-3 deals per week. While in the field, our sales reps are further incentivized to find other prospective clients in the installing neighborhoods. There is no cap on the earnings potential.
Our better producers close more than 12 projects a month and our compensation plan has no limits on how much you can make. Project management, operations, and production are handled by our professional team allowing you to focus on selling.
Base salary of $2,000/month plus a company vehicle. Our commission plan provides for $60,000 in total pay at minimum pace with $90,000 possible at the quota target. The Company provides one of the most outstanding sales training program that has been proven to help even the most seasoned professionals.
