What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCR Specialist position at Fendi?
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Private Client Relations Specialist assists in the management of all commercially focused events and experiences in the AMERICAS to grow, elevate and strengthen the client base and drive loyalty and sales at FENDI.
Private Client Relations:
- Support the PCR Director on logistical details related to Top Client Recruitment and Development strategy including:
- Compile retail trainings and/or individualized store or CA communications,
- Pull client reports and analysis for event invitation needs via CRM Manager,
- Aid the coordination of personalized client agendas, special hosting, and travel logistics for all high-end selling events and/or one-off brand activations
- Assist PCR Director with all development and allocation needs related to retail activation related gifting, communications, and event welcome packages.
- Support the PCR Director on the creation of the Retail Events calendar to achieve yearly sales targets in LG, Fur, RTW and Men’s. Retail Events include:
- High-end selling events (fur salons/caravans, LG MTO, and couture appointments),
- Collection and capsule launches,
- On-going product and holiday activations
- Coordinate logistics for Retail Events:
- Organization of collateral and service needs with outside vendors,
- Communication with internal partners in Communications, VM, Merchandising, Supply Chain, CRM and Retail for event set-up, logistics, support and brand image and marketing tie-ins,
- Preparation of event guidelines and tools to ensure smooth store roll-out,
- Tracking of event sales, costs and ROI,
- Upkeep of internal Retail Events calendar for Corporate and Retail partners,
- Management of vendor invoice payment in partnership with Finance
- Liaise with HQ PCR, Events and Sales & Marketing teams on AMERICAS Retail Event ideas, guidelines and reporting:
- Discussion of event concepts and guidelines for approval by HQ Events team
- Upkeep of WW Events Calendar,
- Input of event campaigns on HQ Retail Activations Tool
- Preparation of event recaps and updates
Additional information
- 3-5 years’ experience in event’s, client relations or related discipline
- Proactive, autonomous, and detail oriented
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong verbal, writing and presentation skills
- Thrives in fast-paced, international environment
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Empathy and compassion for employees with logical and fair approach
- Team oriented
- Ability to travel
