Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Maintain and update property management files and records
- Assist with property maintenance tasks, such as scheduling repairs and coordinating with vendors
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and manage work orders
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Support facilities management by ensuring proper upkeep of common areas and amenities
- Assist with upselling additional services or amenities to tenants
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks
Experience:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with vendors and tenants
