Feonix NEMT Driver

Feonix - Mobility Rising is seeking a driver to provide Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) throughout Richland and Lexington counties, utilizing innovative technology and compassionate care, to assist people from all backgrounds. You’ll work with a dedicated team of experienced and passionate individuals who are changing the world one ride at a time. As a Feonix Access to Care Driver you will contribute to the community in an impactful way, and make a difference in so many lives.

Required:

As a Feonix Access to Care Driver, you must have a valid driver's license and be willing to work a flexible schedule. You must be available to work during the day, nights, early mornings, weekends and sometimes holidays. Hours and schedules will always change. You will need to pass a background check and drug test, and have an impeccable driving record.

Preferred:

• Experience with driving non-emergency patients.
• Fluent in English, bilingual a plus.
• Know how to operate an smart phone and are text savvy.
• Proficient with Technology.

• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have the ability to assist clients in and out of vehicles as necessary.
• Have experience working with seniors and people with disabilities.
• Have basic knowledge of vehicle operations, i.e.. oil checks, tire pressure checks, fluid checks, basic driver safety.
• Provide great customer service.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Have a strong work ethic.

And this (in a perfect world):

• EMT, paramedic, healthcare background preferred but not required

• Fluent in Spanish

Hourly Rate of Pay:

$14.00 per hour

Part-time to Full-Time Position Available

Masks are required during transport by Driver and passengers. Vehicle sanitation is required between passengers.
