Job Description:

Ferguson and its subsidiaries serve customers in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Mexico and the Caribbean.
Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator!
Responsibilities
- Sell products being promoted and keep record of sales
- Answer customer calls
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests
- Apply approved processes and procedures where necessary to resolve vendor concerns timely and efficiently
- Assist sales team on projects
- Help improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders
Qualifications
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Results oriented and service minded
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task as well organize and prioritize work
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
- The ability to thrive in an inclusive environment
