Auto Sales Manager
Fernelius Ford in Cheboygan, Michigan is in search of an Auto Sales Manager. The New and Used Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the Sales Department and contributing to the success of the dealership through the managing of all vehicle sales activity and the Sales Professionals. This is a leadership team position.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervising and monitoring the performance of Sales Professionals.
- Collaborating, as a member of the Fernelius Auto Group leadership team, to create and forecast goals and objectives for the Sales Department & for the individual Sales Professionals.
- Managing the sales process, and assisting Sales Professionals with deals.
- Acquiring, turning, and managing vehicle inventory.
- Driving high CSI scores through assuring a positive customer experience with trained Sales Professionals.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of Automotive Sales experience is required.
- 2 years of Automotive Sales Manager experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma is required. Post secondary is desirable.
