Position Summary:
Seeking a professional to join our administrative team supporting our Founders and Executive team. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include undertaking a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The goal is to sustain the efficiency of all office and administrative procedures to guarantee reliability and consistency for the company. Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Executive Assistant with managing calendars and travel arrangements for Executives, primarily this role will be supporting the VP of Sales
- Keep list of outstanding to-do items and work with Executive Assistant to manage priorities
- Run personal & business errands for the Executive Team
- Assist with expenses of the Executive Team
- General sales administrative work and data entry support
- Customer service inquiries and fulfillment
- Answer the door, greet visitors, accept mail/packages and distribute
- Coordinate staff events and lunches with Executive Assistant
- File, organize, scan, copy, and fax documents. Develop digital and live records system. Maintain organization at all times.
- Purchase and send gifts for key relationships
- Ability to appeal to a wide range of people/personalities
- Maintain office inventory and more importantly, our inventory of free snacks and drinks
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excitement at the prospect of supporting the growth of one of the fastest growing companies in the cannabis industry
- Ability to drive for various errands
- Worked as an office manager, administrative assistant or executive assistant supporting an Executive or C-Suite member for at least 3 years
- A high degree of integrity and ethical conduct at all times
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Must pass a background check in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
