The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, with a primary focus on training, coaching, and covering all roles within the department. This role ensures that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Hours: 5am-4pm

Ways you will make a difference

• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all team members are proficient in their roles.
• Address performance issues and provide constructive feedback.
• Step in to cover various roles within the warehouse as needed, including but not limited to material supply, cycle counting, shipping, and receiving.
• Assist in inventory control and management, including stock counts and reconciliation.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned by management.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Experiences that will support your success

• Shipping or Logistics: 3 years (Preferred)
• SAP (Warehouse Management) or similar software: 3 Year (Preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
