In order to strengthen our Sales team, we are looking to hire a Regional Manager, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
In this position, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and achieving sales and marketing goals in dealerships across their dedicated region. Responsible for creating and fostering relationships with the dealerships to communicate sales/marketing KPIs and objectives to align with Ferrari North America’s strategy and vision for their assigned geographic area.
As part of the team, the main responsibilities will be:
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealerships in assigned region to monitor sales and marketing KPIs, as well as to manage satisfactory resolutions in the event issues arise at the dealership level.
- Execute tactics and strategies to align the dealers with Brand, CI, Facility and HR standards, in order to meet all sales and marketing targets (supported by the monitoring of monthly Dealer Score Cards).
- Engage with dealerships in region to prepare and review formal business reviews, dealer visit contact reports, Dealer Bonus Program and determine bestselling potential of wholesale cars.
- Coordinate and lead dealership events, trainings, promotions and programs that administer new and used vehicles.
- Responsible in meetings for all monthly, quarterly and annual targets for wholesale and retail in the annual sales plan, which includes deadlines for monthly order calls.
- Responsible to independently assess the need to assist dealerships on financial weaknesses and how to optimize their performance in both sales and marketing to continue to be profitable and operational.
- Provide a knowledge base of corrective recommendations to dealerships in order to continue to improve based on monthly financial reviews against Ferrari and national averages.
- Oversee regional marketing activities by developing strategy and tactics in line with sales objectives and KPIs.
- Responsible for coaching and guiding the Marketing Manager with preparing for quarterly dealer visits to align to the sales strategy and objectives.
- Develop and plan regional marketing initiatives in correspondence to sales KPIs by consulting, advising, and supporting their dedicated Marketing Manager as needed.
- Act as an interface for correspondence questions, requests as needed from dealerships.
- Ensure dedicated Marketing Manager is monitoring dealership activities for compliance with Ferrari guidelines (Corporate Identity, marketing, and other; from events through advertising, etc).
- Work to ensure that the dealership’s marketing and sales performance targets are met.
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, and you will have gained at least 5-8 years of dedicated experience in the luxury automobile market.
The following skills are required to perform the role: Excellent customer relations skills, excellent leadership and negotiation skills, strong understanding of dealer ownership/automotive business retail model, strong communication skills, both verbal and written. In addition you must exihibit a strong understanding of sales and marketing and dealer business management and analysis, the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, ever changing environment, and must have a strong work ethic and integrity.

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
