What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Office Manager position at Ferraro's Painting & Restoration, Inc.?
We are seeking a fully experienced individual who can quickly adapt and do all bookkeeping and invoicing functions. Must have experience with QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documents.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and technical accounting.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $52,475.00 - $55,207.00 per year
