Job Posting for Part Time Social Media and Community Outreach Coordinator at Ferren Family Counseling LLC
Ferren Family Counseling is seeking a Part Time Social Media and Community Outreach Coordinator; duties to include design of creative/ educational content across social media platforms, as well as plan events and act as liaison between Ferren Family Counseling and community referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage monthly social media calendar for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Create or modify images and graphics for social media purposes; collaborate to plan content and come up with creative ideas for social media accounts
Stay up to date with current social media trends
Track and evaluate social media analytics to ensure quality content is being posted
Build partnerships to grow social networks and community referral networks
Plan and attend community outreach events
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science field or equivalent, or currently in process of obtaining degree
Highly competent in social media platforms and web-based computer systems
Excellent writing and editing skills
Excellent knowledge of social media trends, best practices, algorithms, and platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter
Experience creating content with Canva or other graphic design tools
Ability to reach out and establish rapport with others when engaging through social media or community outreach events
Driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements related to behavioral health (e.g. HIPAA compliance, CPS reporting)
